Memberships

The Institute of Consulting is part of the Chartered Management Institute. All of our staff consultants and many of our associates are Certified Management Consultants (CMC) of the Institute of Consulting.  The CMC is the international award of the International Council of Management Consulting Institutes (ICMCI).  In recognition of the role management consulting plays in world trade, ICMCI was granted Non Government Organisation (NGO) status with Special Consulting Focus by the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) in 2001.   Cornwell consultants have been using the Dynamic Systems Development Methodology and been members of the Consortium since the mid 1990s. Cornwell Business Consultants has a corporate member since our formation. We have supported the Consortium in efforts to have DSDM accepted as method for government computing, which has now reached fulfilment with the adoption of Agile methods by the Cabinet Office.   "The Agile Alliance is a nonprofit organization with global membership, committed to advancing Agile development principles and practices.
